We use a 5 step process to build Power BI reports.

1. Identify the data sources you have. Depending on the the report information you need, we first determine where the data for that information is stored. This might be in multiple systems and files.
2. Set up a data model. We then build a data model to model the report information you need.
3. Create visualisations. We then start building the visualizations and present them to you. These visualizations can be reviewed and adjusted if needed.
4. Sharing your dashboard. Then it is time to share the dashboard across the people that will work with the reports.
5. Monitor and analyze your data. As an ongoing process the data you use for your report needs to be monitored to be sure that no structural changes in your data occur, that might lead to adjustments in the Power BI report.
